What a day, My Mom together with Ate Liberty went to Tuguegarao to claim my Passport which I applied last June 2009. I waited almost half a year for this day. It took months for the mistakes of my original birth certificate be corrected, and it undergone hearing twice. A NSO certified Birth Certificate is the most important document that you should have to be sure that you will able to get your hands in any passport DFA may issue. And when I applied, I only got the petition from the court saying I can apply for a passport while they are working with my said corrections. DFA nearly rejected the petition, but thanks to Ate Liberty's help, calling some of his closest friends who may have a relation with DFA's director and she luckily called the right person. And things worked as easy as it should be. And today, whew, passport finally, yahooo.
